Kaz glued some Prima paper onto the chipboard, then carefully cut around it with a scalpel. It is a bit fiddly, but it is worth the effort to file the edges to smooth everything out. You will need a nail file to get between the letters. Kaz then carefully painted the sides of the chipboard with white acrylic paint. You can find the product used in this project HERE.
